NEW CONCEPT FROM BOSQUE BREWING CO.

At Bosque Brewing Co. We have always loved creating spaces where people can come together to enjoy delicious food and drinks and one another’s company. Some of our fondest meals together have been while traveling to industry events like the Great American Beer Festival (GABF) and the Craft Brewers Conference (CBC).

While on these trips, we have always made experiencing the incredible brunch scenes in other cities a priority. Naturally the idea of opening our own brunch place has become a popular topic of discussion during these occasions, which is why we’re thrilled to announce the launch of Smothered, a new brunch concept opening this March in the former Old Town Vinaigrette location.

New Mexico deserves a brunch scene that’s as vibrant and exciting as the people who live here. We’re not just opening another restaurant – we’re building a place where people can come together, laugh, and enjoy amazing food in a fun, creative, and welcoming atmosphere.

We are currently building an amazing team of passionate people who are just as excited about Smothered as we are.
